Shipping methods & delivery times

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance and destination.

Shipping rates

    • Flat rate: $12.99 for standard domestic orders under $99.00
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $100.00
    • Expedited and international rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use the carrier’s tracking page to view delivery status.

Multiple shipments

If items in your order ship from different warehouses, they may arrive separately with separate tracking numbers.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address changes & failed deliveries

    • Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout.
    • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. Contact customer support ASAP; we’ll attempt to update the address but cannot promise success.
    • If a delivery fails and the package is returned, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items

    • Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days to customer support with photos and order details.
    • If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact customer support; we will open an investigation with the carrier.
